Srinagar: Three people died while another was critically injured in an accident at Ramnagar area of district Udhampur on Thursday, officials said.

Officials told that three persons died after a mini-bus bearing registration number JK02BL-0193 they were travelling in met with an accident at Ramnagar.

“Three persons died on the spot while as fourth one was critical,” they said. The deceased were identified as Bisher Singh, son of Sardha Singh, age 48, resident of RS Pura Jammu, Ravinder Singh, son of Shankar Singh, age 35, of Badhol Ramnagar,  Sanjay Kumar, whose residence couldn’t be confirmed immediately, while as fourth one who was seriously injured was identified as Rakesh Kumar of Ramnagar.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Udhampur, Rajiv Panday confirmed the incident to stating that three persons died while fourth was seriously wounded. (KNO)
