Srinagar: On a day when Bharatiya Janta Party is celebrating the first anniversary of article 370 rollback, three-party workers announced their resignation from the BJP before public in Qazigund area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

Three party workers, who announced their resignation from BJP from Qazigund include Subzar Ahmad Paddar son of Abdul Satar Paddar, who was a vice President Devsar constituency, Nisar Ahmad Wani son of Abdul Gani Wani of Hakradan, who is Warpora-Kund constituency President and Ashiq Hussain Palla son of Mohammad Abdullah Palla of Warpora Kund.

The trio announced their resignation on the day when the entire BJP unit of J-K is celebrating the first anniversary of scrapping of Article 370.

Talking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), they said due to personal reasons, they decided to quit the party. “We are laborers and have no time to carry out activities of BJP. From today, we have nothing to do with BJP and if some has got hurt by us intentionally or unintentionally, they should forgive us,” the trio said in a video message released here.
