Srinagar: Four people including a 12-year-old girl were injured after they were mauled by stray dogs in Nutnusa helmet of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday.

Locals said all the injured persons were rushed to Handwara District hospital for treatment where from two among them were shifted to Srinagar hospital for advanced treatment.

The two persons who were shifted to Srinagar were identified as Saniya, 12 and Mehreen, 15. The two others who were treated at District Hospital (DH) Handwara were identified as Muhammad Amir, 27 and Owais Pandith 16. (KNO)
