The body of a mentally challenged person was found in Naunagri village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday morning.
An unnamed official told a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS) that the body was spotted by villagers at Naunagri, upon whose intimation, “a team visited the spot and have taken the body into custody”.
Identifying the deceased as Shakeel Ahmad, a resident of Hazratbal, Srinagar the official said that the body will be handed over to legal heirs after required medico-legal formalities. (GNS)
