Srinagar: Over 6 people were injured after an explosive went off accidentally in Ahgam village of Handwara, north Kashmir.
Eyewitnesses told that a stray shell went off suddenly, injuring 6 people.
Confirming the incident, a medico at Sub District Hospital said that two people have sustained leg injuries and they were shifted to a hospital, Srinagar, while 4 others are being treated in the local hospital.
A police official said that they are ascertaining the facts. (KNT)
