Indian legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has tested positive for Coronavirus on Saturday.
The cricket great who recently featured in Road Safety World Series, led India Legends to lift the inaugural edition of the tournament. Legendary India cricketer took to Twitter to confirm the news. Sachin has ‘mild symptoms’ and has been advised to quarantine at home by the doctors.
“I’ve quarantined myself at home and following all necessary protocols,” Sachin wrote on his social media handle.
Adding his other family members have returned negative for the test.
Widely regarded as the ‘God of Cricket’, Sachin Tendulkar has represented India from 1989 to 2013.
