Srinagar: A police constable died due to cardiac arrest in Dooru area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday afternoon.

Local news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) quoting unnamed officials reported that a police constable Mushtaq Ahmad Parray son of Ghulam Qadir Parray, a resident of Ukjan Dialgam suffered a heart attack at around 12: 30 pm while he was on duty at police post Verinag.

“He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival,” he said—(KNO)
