Srinagar: Regional Passport Officer, Srinagar, Brij Bushan Naagar Friday informed that it has decided to close passport counter till 31 March in wake of coronavirus threat.

He told that due to COVID-19 and advisory and requests from Central Government and local administration, the appointments booked at the Passport office Srinagar for passport applications and other miscellaneous service by the applicants may please be rescheduled and postponed till the advisory or instructions from this office.

He said inquiry counter at Passport Office Srinagar shall not be opened till 31 March 2020.

“In case of any exigency with regard to passport application, the general public is advised to call on 2500375 and 2500173.” (KNT)
