Police on Saturday identified second militant killed in gunfight with joint team of Police, Army and CRPF in Pampore area of Pulwama as Shahid Khurshid, a resident of Chanapora Srinagar.
Talking to GNS, Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that Shahid was one among the collaborators in the recent civilians in Srinagar.
Shahid is the third city militant killed in last 24 hours, the IGP said.
Earlier police said two militants were killed in Pampore Gunfight and one of them was immediately identified as Umer Mustaq Khanday, LeT Commander who Police claim was involved in killing of two cops at Baghat Barzulla earlier this year.(GNS)
