Srinagar: At least one CISF personnel has been injured in an attack by suspected militants in Wagoora Nowgam area of Budgam, central Kashmir.
The militants had attacked a CISF patrol party in Nowgam this evening, ANI reported. The forces have cordoned off the area.
Today, at least three CRPF personnel were also killed in a militant attack in Handwara, north Kashmir, PTI reported. One militant was also killed in retaliation.
Yesterday, five government forces’ personnel, including a Colonel and a Major, and two militants were also killed in Handwara.
