A non-local resident was found hanging at Basant Bagh area of central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday.
An official said that an 18-year-old youth from Bihar was found hanging in Basant Bagh Srinagar where he was living as a tenant.
He was brought to SMHS Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead while further investigation has been taken up. (KS)
