Srinagar: A motorcyclist was injured in a road accident at Renji Palhalan area of north Kashmir Baramulla district on Thursday.
A police official said that an accident took place at Renji Palhalan between Tata Nexon bearing reg no JK-05G 2581 and motorcycle bearing reg no JK-01W 3792 resulting in injuries to motorcyclist namely Javaid Ahmad khan son of Mohd Ashraf khan resident of Chahal Boniyar.
He said that the injured was shifted to the Trauma Hospital Pattan for treatment, where from he has been referred to JVC hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment.
He said that police have taken cognizance as a driver has been arrested and the vehicle seized. (KS)
