A CRPF vehicle hits and injures a mentally unsound man in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday, official sources said.

They said that a CRPF vehicle hit and injured a mentally unsound man identified as 50-year old Abdul Majeed Najjar son of Mohi u Din Najjar, a resident of MET road Sopore at Amargrah Bypass in Sopore town.

A Police official while confirming the incident to Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) said the injured person is currently admitted in SDH Sopore and his condition is stated to be ‘stable’, adding that police has taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is on. (KDC)
