A 22-year-old MBBS student of Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla allegedly did suicide in a hostel at Fethipora area of the district.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that the incident occurred at a hostel in Baramulla district where the medical student was living on a rent and was pursuing his MBBS degree from GMC Baramulla.
“The deceased is said to be a resident of Trikuta Nagar Jammu,” sources said adding, police also rushed to the spot of incident to take cognizance of it.
However, a case also has been registered by police in this regard, they said. (KDC)
