A man was arrested for giving online rape threats to girls in Srinagar.
Srinagar police in a tweet said that they have arrested a man and further investigation has been taken up.
“One Syed Shamoon Hamdani S/o Mohd Ayoub Hamdani R/o Anwar colony Rawalpora arrested for harassing, stalking, assault & giving online rape threats to girls. A courageous girl approached with evidence of his wrongdoings. FIR no 58/2023 U/S 354,294,506,509 of IPC in Sadder PS (sic),” Srinagar police tweeted. (KS)
