Taliban’s Haqqani network has said that it won’t interfere in Kashmir, as it was not in their jurisdiction.
Taliban leader Anas Haqqani while replying to a question on Kashmir said, “Kashmir is not part of our jurisdiction and interference is against policy. How can we go against our policy? It is clear we will not interfere.”
He said the Taliban won’t support LeT and JeM in Kashmir and said any speculation regarding it was “propaganda”, “We have clarified this multiple times and I’m saying it again – This is just propaganda.”
To another question on if the Taliban will allow India to complete pending development work in Afghanistan Haqqani said, “We will clarify all policies in days to come. We want all help for the people of Afghanistan. We want not only India but the rest of the world to come and support us.”
