Authorities on Tuesday restricted the movement of Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) along Tangmarg-Gulmarg road stretch.
The directions have been passed in view of road maintenance till further orders.
An official communique said that in view of maintenance work along Tangmarg-Gulmarg stretch of Srinagar-Gulmarg road, heavy commercial Gulmarg bound vehicles (35 seaters and above) shall not be allowed from Trangmarg onwards.
Therefore, such motorists are advised to avoid travel from Tangmarg onwards till further orders, it reads.(KNO)
