Government forces on Monday claimed to have recovered arms and ammunition at Qazipora area of Chadoora in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Unidentified official sources told a local news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a joint team of the army, CRPF and Police launched a search operation in Qazipora. During searches, forces recovered arms, ammunition and other incriminate material.

“During search operation, arms and ammunition including five UBGL and 150 rounds magazine were recovered,” they said.

Meanwhile, an unidentified official told KNO that police has registered a case under relevant sections of law in this regard—(KNO)
