Srinagar : An 22-year-old girl attempted to commit suicide after consuming some poisonous substance at her home in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday evening.
An official said that a girl (name withheld) attempted to commit suicide in Manzpora village of Bandipora after consuming some poisonous substance at her home.
“She was shifted to nearby Health Center, where from she was referred to District Hospital Bandipora for specialized treatment. She is under observation at hospital,” the official said.
However, the official said that investigation in this regard has been initiated—(KNO)
