Srinagar: Cordon and Search operation was launched in Wani Mohalla Khudwani in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district Saturday evening.
Official sources told that on receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area, a joint team of forces including army and police launched search operation in the area.
As per local reports, heavy contingents of forces were deployed and door to door search operation is going on in the area. The CASO later ended peacefully. (KNO)
