Sources told The Kashmir Walla that such cases were reported at the dermatology department at a Srinagar hospital associated with the GMC.

Professor and head of the department of Community Medicine, Government Medical College, Srinagar Salim khan tweeted a collage of two photos in the morning showing the spoilt conditions of the arm and legs of patients attended by the dermatology department at the hospital.

“…These are pics of an arm of a male (upper) and leg of female (lower) indulging in drug abuse. Both are Kashmiris…,” he tweeted.

He further urged the general public to protect themselves and their families from drug abuse. “Please protect yourself and your families from the epidemic of drug abuse,” he added.
