An elderly tourist from Mumbai died at Sonwar arae of central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday, officials said.
They said that tourist identified as Prabhu Sandbhor(73) son of Shankar Sandbhor resident of Ghatkopar East Mumbai fell unconscious at Hotel in Sonwar area of Srinagar.
They said that Prabhu was shifted to SMHS Srinagar where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Further proceedings in this regard have been taken up, he said. (KS)
