Srinagar: Crime Branch Monday arrested an accused involved in a case related to sale of spurious and duplicate fungicides in Kashmir Valley.
Crime Branch Kashmir identified the accused as Yousuf Bhat of Qazigund area of South Kashmir.
The Crime Brach said that the case against closed was proved while besides him chargesheet against the 10 accused was filed in the Court of Law in 1998.
However, the said accused Yousuf Bhat, during the Court trial absconded and was evading arrest since 2010.
After 11 years, the accused was arrested today.
The accused has been produced before the Court of Law, who later on sent him to judicial custody. (KNT)
