Srinagar :The Jammu and Kashmir administration has said that the couple who had tested positive yesterday for the novel coronavirus had hid their international travel history.

The same was revealed by government spokesperson Rohit Kansal through tweet, “Contact tracing teams reporting that despite so many appeals people still hiding travel histories. Couple which tested positive in Srinagar yesterday hid international travel history. This is criminal. Please note- an entire society is being put at risk.” Kansal wrote.

The Srinagar couple had tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday and it was reported that they had returned from Maharashtra. However, it has come to fore that they had returned from an international country.
