Srinagar: Four more people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

The same was confirmed by Government spokesperson Rohit Kansal through a tweet, “4 more persons, all from Bandipora, tested positive today. Preliminary findings suggest they were close contacts of Srinagar patient who tested positive yesterday. All 5 reported to have participated together in religious event.” He wrote.

Earlier, on Tuesday three more people tested positive in Kashmir for the virus that has killed over 20,000 people.
