Srinagar: Over 300 workers at State Industrial Development Corporation (SIDCO) here in Lassipora Pulwama have been put in quarantine. All these workers have come into contact with a driver from Rohmu who used to visit the industrial complex.

South Kashmir’s Pulwama district witnessed 2 positive cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday. One hails from Rohmu village who is a fiver by profession with travel history to outside states.

An official told that shortly after the patient was declared positive, they quarantined over 300 workers at SIDCO Lassipora.

Pulwama has two active cases of COVID-19 while three patients have recovered from this lethal infection. (KNT)
