Srinagar: Twelve more have tested positive for coronavirus in Kashmir. Earlier in the day, thirteen were tested positive for the virus.
The government’s spokesperson, Rohit Kansal, confirmed that the tally in J-K has risen to 270. “All are from Kashmir,” he said.
Yesterday, twenty-one new cases of the infection were reported in J-K; among them include seven from Kupwara, four from Baramulla, three from Ganderbal, and two from Bandipora and one from Kulgam districts of Kashmir division while remaining four from Jammu division.
In the country, more than 9,000 people have been tested positive for the virus; among them nearly 330 have died.
