Srinagar: A grenade blast left three CRPF troopers injured in Budgam, central Kashmir.

Earlier in the evening, militants had hurled a grenade on the troopers of 29 Battalion CRPF in Dooniwara area of Chadoora.

Reports reaching here stated that two motorcycle-borne suspected militants hurled the grenade and escaped from the spot.

The injured troopers have been identified as Inspector CD Mahesh Chand, CT/GD Parkash Rao and CT/GD K. Sirnu. (KNT)
