A Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) spokesperson for the state unit in Bihar was shot at by criminals near Jamalpur college in Jamalpur area of the state.
According to news gathering agency, ANI, the spokesperson identified as Azfar Shamsi who is an Assistant Professor was shot at by criminals near the college.
“We were informed that Azfar Shamsi (also an Associate Professor) was shot by two to three men while he was going to his chamber. He’s under treatment. His statement has been recorded, he had dispute with another professor of the college whom we’ve arrested, he’ll be questioned,” Superintendent of police was quoted as saying by ANI
