Srinagar: An army man slipped to death in Gurez area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Thursday morning.
An army man of army’s 19 Dogra unit slipped to death while on duty near Zafran post in Dawar Base.
An official said that Sepoy Karnail Singh who was on duty near Zafran post of Dawar Base died after he slipped from the post.
He said that he was taken to nearby army health facility where from he was shifted to 92 base hospital in Srinagar. “He was declared dead on arrival at 92 base hospital,” he said. (KNO)
