The Jammu Kashmir Bank authorities have ordered the closure of it’s Narbal branch in central Kashmir’s Narbal area of Budgam district after four of its staff members tested positive for Covid-19.

The bank has already closed various branches across Valley after some of the employees were tested positive for Covid-19.

A bank official told a local news agency, Kashmir News Trust (KNT) that the branch had been closed as a precautionary measure after four employees of the branch tested Covid-19 positive.

He said all those who may have come into contact with the infected employees have been asked to go for Covid-19 test.

He advised the people to avoid visiting the branch till further notice. (KNT)
