Three army troopers were injured today in a ‘accidental’ grenade blast in Sadow area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district, the officials said.

A top police told GNS that there was accidental grenade blast in which three troopers of army’s 15 Garhwal were injured and were subsequently hospitalised.

The condition of one among the three injured army trooper is said to be critical, the officer said.

The grenade, the officer said was army’s own device which exploded accidentally, the officer added. (GNS)
