Two cops were injured after suspected militants lobbed grenade on government forces in Rainawari area of Srinagar city on Wednesday evening.
A top police officer said that militants lobbed grenade on Naka Party in Rainawari area this evening resulting in injuries to two cops, reported a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS).
The injured cops were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the fleeing militants.
