12 injured in road accident in central Kashmir

At least twelve persons were injured after a vehicle they were traveling in skidded off the road and met an accident in Baderkund area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday, reported a local news agency, Kashmir News Observer (KNO).

An unnamed official told the agency that a mini-bus carrying passengers en route Ganderbal skidded off at Baderkund along the national highway, injuring to at least twelve persons.

In a rescue operation, locals and police shifted the injured persons to District hospital Ganderbal for treatment.

An unnamed senior police official told KNO that among the twelve injured persons, the condition of three is said to be critical. (KNO)
