Two soldiers injured in cross-LoC firing in Pir Panjal

Two army soldiers were injured after the armies of India and Pakistan indulged in heavy firing and shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, Greater Kashmir reported.

As per report, an army soldier was injured in a sniper fire from across the LoC in Lam area of Rajouri.

“He was shifted to a hospital for treatment,” GK quoted a source as saying.

Another army soldier was injured in cross-border shelling on LoC in Poonch district.

Heavy exchange of fire took place in the area today morning.
