Two militants killed, three army-men injured in Budgam gunfight

Two militants were killed and three armymen injured after a gunfight broke out between militants and government forces in Chattergam area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday early morning.

Reports said that two militants were killed and three Armymen were injured after a joint team of army’s 50RR, CRPF and SOG cordoned off Chatergam.

A senior Police official confirmed that two militants were killed and three armymen injured after having credible input about presence of some militants in the area.

However officer said that the identity of the slain militants is yet to be ascertained. (GNS)
