Suspected militants abduct man in Sopore

45-year-old man was abducted from his home by unknown gunmen in north Kashmir’s Sopore village on late Saturday night.

Reports reaching  said that the masked gunmen barged inside the house of Mushtaq Ahmad Mir son of Gulam Rasool Mir, a labourer by profession at Harwan, Sopore late last night and abducted him.

SSP Sopore Javid said that a family today morning registered a complaint stated that suspected militants last night kidnapped one of their family member.

SSP said that following a complaint, a manhunt has been launched to trace the abducted man. (GNS)
