Panchayat polls: Budgam records 9% turnout till noon, Kupwara 34%

The north Kashmir’s Kupwara district has recorded the highest voter turnout of 34% in Kashmir valley till noon during the ongoing seventh phase of Panchayat elections.

While central Kashmir’s Budgam Kupwara district recorded the lowest voter turnout of 9 per cent till 12 pm.
