Kathua rape-murder case: Delhi HC issues notice to social media sites


The Delhi High Court issued notice to Google, Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites after their Indian subsidiaries informed court that they are not concerned entity to reply to court’s notice on disclosing identity of Kathua rape and murder case victim, reported by ANI.

The next date of the hearing of the case is scheduled on 29th May 2018.
