JRL defers strike call in view of Mela Kheer Bhawani


Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) defers tomorrow’s strike call by a day in view of Mela Kheer Bhawani at Tulmulla village in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

The statement issued by the Resistance leadership stated that the strike scheduled for tomorrow will be observed on Wednesday.

Thousands of migrant Kashmiri Pandits have started arriving at the temple in Tulmulla in Ganderbal district, 29 km north of summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar to celebrate the festival.

Jammu and Kashmir Government have also announced free transport service for the devotees from Dehli and Jammu to the temple and back to attract more Kashmiri Pandits to celebrate the festival which will take place on June 20.
