Indo-Pak armies trade heavy fire along LoC in Rajouri, schools closed

Following heavy firing between the armies of Indian and Pakistan the district administration has closed schools located near the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district of Jammu .

As per reports said the armies of two countries exchanged fire along the LoC in Pukharni, Lam and Keri areas of the district.

“Intense shelling is going on in both Lam and Keri areas,”  an official was quoted as saying by Greater Kashmir.

Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Mohammad Aijaz Assad said that all schools falling within five kilometres from the LoC in Keri and Lam areas have been closed immediately.
