Government forces on Friday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Panar village of Bandipora District after army observed suspicious activity during night in nearby forests, reports said.
Reports said that the CASO was launched Friday morning following suspicious activity in the area during Thursday night, adding that the search operation was launched by army of 20 Grenadiers, 24 Rajasthan Rifles (RR) and SOG of police.
The search operation was underway while this report was filed.
