65-year-old woman suffers pellet injuries during clashes in Pulwama


A 65 year-old woman was among the two people injured after government forces used tear smoke shells and pellets during clashes in Sirnoo village of Pulwama district.

Reports said that the woman has been identified as Saja Begum.

They  said that both the injured have been referred to Srinagar hospital for specialised treatment.

Earlier, massive clashes erupted between government forces and youth during a cordon and search operation (CASO)  in Kar Gam locality of Sirnoo area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District.
