Civilian injured after grenade lobbed at CRPF party in south Kashmir’s Anantnag

Srinagar: A civilian was injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade at a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) party in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday.

According to reports  suspected militants  lobbed a grenade at a CRPF party deployed near a school on KP road in Anantnag.

A civilian suffered minor splinter injuries in the blast who was shifted to district hospital Anantnag for treatment.

In past ten day this was the fifth grenade attack in Kashmir . Three policemen were injured in a grenade attack near Zero Bridge in Raj Bagh area of Srinagar on Thursday.
