PC to field Irfan Ansari as its candidate for Srinagar in parliamentary elections

Ahead of the parliamentary elections, the Peoples Conference (PC) on Wednesday announced  Irfan Raza Ansari as its parliamentary candidate for Srinagar constituency.
PC Chairman, Sajad Gani Lone announced this in a tweet on late Wednesday evening.

Lone while taking to his Twitter said that the party has decided to field Irfan Reza Ansari as its parliamentary candidate from Srinagar Parliamentary constituency.
The parliamentary elections are slated to be held next year.
“The core group of @JKPC_ met and decided to field Mr Irfan Raza Ansari as it Parliamentary candidate from Srinagar Parliamentary constituency for the 2019 General elections. I wish him the best of luck. And hope that he will make a brilliant young parliamentarian. Time for change,” Lone tweeted.

Irfan is younger brother of former PDP MLA Imran Reza Ansari.
