Cold wave continues to grip Kashmir valley

Cold wave continues to  grip the Kashmir valley including Ladakh region as  temperatures continue to drop  below the freezing point.

According to the MeT department the night temperatures are likely to drop further in the coming three to four days as the weather is likely to remain dry during this period.

Meanwhile summer capital of the state, Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of minus 3 Degrees Celsius, while Pahalgam recorded minus 5.1 and Gulmarg minus 4.0.

Leh town recorded minus 11.4 while Kargil recorded minus 10.9 in the Ladakh region.
