Senior Congress leader Guam Nabi Azad while speaking about the potential government formation in Jammu and Kashmir has said that the possibilities of formation of government are being discussed and suggestion has been put forward.
While talking to news gathering agency ANI, Azad said that the suggestion has been but forward and talks are going on, “ We thought of forming a government , however the stage to form government has not come yet. It’s a suggestion and talks are going on. (Hum parties ka yeh kehna tha ki kyu na hum ikatthe ho jaye aur sarkar banaye. Abhi vo stage sarkar banne wali nahi hai,ek sujhaav ke taur par baatcheet abhi chal rahi hai (SIC),” Ghulam Nabi Azad, said on potential Congress-PDP-NC alliance.
As per reports People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Congress are coming together into alliance to form the government with National Conference (NC) as an outside supporter.
Sources in all three political parties confirmed to The Kashmir Walla that there have been several meetings between them to chalk out a strategy of government formation. “We have been in touch with the Congress for some time now,” said a PDP leader. “It will be a coalition government of us with Congress and National Conference together, to keep the BJP away.”
