Srinagar, Indian-controlled Kashmir The German Ambassador to India, Michael Steiner today termed the killing of two youth in Indian-controlled Kashmir’s Bandipora district as big  tragedy. He said that the security situation in Kashmir is far better than what it was in 1990 but the killing of two youth by Army is very unfortunate. “As far as the security situation in Kashmir is concerned, it is far better than what it was in 1990. By News Desk A civilian, 34-year-old, Altaf Ahmed Wani has been killed when the Central Reserve Police Force personnel opened fire in Srinagar. Wani is a resident of Saidapora, Srinagar and was rushed to the SKIMS hospital, Soura. He is father of four girls. Witnesses told a local newspaper that the CRPF men opened fire on a father son duo here killing a youth. Quoting the Director SKIMS, Dr Showkat Hussain Zagar, the newspaper reports, “He was brought dead to SKIMS.
