After the holy month of fasting for “Ramadan” today is the day of Eid ul Fitr for the Muslim world.  Here in Kashmir thousands came out to offer morning prayers in various locations around the valley, people offered prayers for the end of the Israel war and occupation of Palestine and offered solidarity prayers with Gaza. A teenager boy was shot dead on Saturday in Kulgam area of Kashmir’s Southern district – some 50 kilometers from Srinagar, when the paramilitary forces opened fire on anti-Israel protesters, sparking massive anti-India protests. A youth was shot dead in Kashmir in when government forces opened fire on protesters during anti-Israel protests today. Suhail Ahmad Lone, son of Gulam Qadir Lone was killed in Khodwani area of in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district when government forces opened fire at anti-Israel protesters.
