Opposition parties to raise Kashmir issue in Indian parliament

India’s Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Monday said the opposition will strongly raise the Kashmir issue in the second half of the budget session of Parliament that begins today.

The party will also raise the Land Acquisition Bill issue. NCP general secretary Tariq Anwar told ANI, “Opposition will strongly raise both, Kashmir issue and Land ordinance in Parliament. Both issues are important, one is a matter of national security and the other is about the rights of farmers of nation.”
